Advanced Placement Credit

Upon successfully completing Advanced Placement courses and exams, you may apply for credit at Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»­. AP credit is posted to your Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»­ transcript as transfer credit.

You may submit AP scores to the Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»­’s Registrar’s Office in three ways:


  • Designate the Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»­ as a recipient of scores when registering for AP tests (Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»­’s code: 1129).
  • Have your high school send a copy of the AP test score transcript  directly to the Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»­’s Registrar’s Office; this document must include the high school’s official seal and a school official’s signature.
  • Contact the AP office to send an official transcript of scores directly to the Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»­’s Registrar’s Office. This can be done , or by calling 1-888-CALL4AP.

International Baccalaureate Credit

Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»­ college credit is awarded for scores of 4 or higher on higher level exams only.  A score of 4 equals 3 semester hours of credit in the specific discipline. An official transcript of IB scores must be sent directly to the Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»­’s Registrar’s Office for evaluation.
