Doctor of Education: Reading Science Concentration

The Ed.D. in Reading Science will prepare practicing educators to be informed and effective leaders in their districts and organizations. We aim to prepare the next generation of education professors and literacy leaders to utilize and teach others practices that have been identified most advantageous through scientifically-based reading research. The Doctor of Education is not eligible for the Catholic Educator rate.

The doctoral program builds off of our successful IDA accredited graduate program that includes the fully online Dyslexia Certificate and Master’s degree. This vision of effective instruction for all supports our mission to transform educational systems so that no child is deprived of the robust instruction that leads to the empowerment that literacy affords.

Designed for the working professional, the Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»’s Ed.D. in Reading Science is available fully online during the academic year with a summer institute on campus.
