Biography:

Ryan Lauerman is a Visiting Assistant Professor of Business Administration at Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»­. He earned his Ph.D. in Human Resource Development from the University of Louisville. He also holds an M.A. in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Oklahoma and a B.S. in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University.
 
Dr. Lauerman spent more than a decade in industry, including several years in recruiting and staffing leadership. He brings this professional experience into both his teaching and research, with an emphasis on connecting organizational theory to the challenges faced by employees and leaders in practice.
 
His research focuses on workplace belongingness and how it interacts with human resource development, human resource management, and leadership to influence individual and organizational outcomes. His work has been published in peer-reviewed academic journals and examines how belongingness can advance theory and inform evidence-based practices related to leadership, employee development, and organizational change.
