According to the Enquirer, "Great Living Cincinnatians are recognized for their business and civic attainment on a local, state, national or international level; leadership; awareness of the needs of others, and distinctive accomplishments that have brought favorable attention to their community, institution or organization."

Sister Sally Duffy believes her 40-plus years of service as a Sister of Charity of Cincinnati is not a career, it's a ministry to carry out God's calling. As a young middle child of nine children, she knew she wanted to make her caring mark on the world.

“My parents definitely put a focus on the common good and that’s the reason we’re here, is for love and justice,” Duffy tells the Enquirer. “To make the world a better place for everyone.”
