In 2021, the Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» opened the Mosaic Crosscultural and Inclusion Center. Located in the Harrington Center, the Mosaic Center is the culmination of a student-employee collaboration to create a safe space on campus for students to gather, lounge, and make new, meaningful connections. The artwork in the Mosaic Center was created by three Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» students and celebrates the dynamic and diverse Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» Community.
Consistent with the Catholic intellectual tradition, at the Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³», we encourage students to embrace new perspectives and differences, and to find shared meanings with others. This is how Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» students can inspire meaningful change on campus and in the world. The Mosaic Center is the embodiment of intercommunal peace, fostering these important student interactions to help create a campus culture where all persons feel a true sense of belonging.
